With a long history as a multi-disciplinary, digital media maker, Amy is an Experience Designer working in the ABC's Research and Development team, with a specialist interest in future forms of immersion, storytelling and entertainment.  She is currently obsessed with envisioning how storytellers can be empowered in new ways using virtual reality, augmented and mixed reality, natural user interfaces, smart environments and artificial intelligence.  In her 15 years at the ABC, Amy has worked as a digital producer, UX designer, visual designer, art director, researcher, content maker, developer, story writer and scriptwriter.  Amy also has specialist experience with creating digital media experiences for kids both at the ABC and the Australian Children’s Television Foundation.  An RMIT graduate, Amy studied film, video, sound and multimedia production via Media Studies and Media Arts.
